Two Station Muffin Production Line SC600

Sanhe’s high-performance compact muffin line is suitable for the quantitative filling of semi-fluid products (without particles, solidification, or agglomerate). It works in conjunction with a tunnel furnace for production. These semi-fluid products are usually initially poured onto preformed baking trays, molds or cupcake liners by the machine, followed by depositing, baking, cooling and other steps.

From depositing and decorating to final shaping, each step is rigorously controlled to ensure the temperatures required for making muffins, puff pastries, macarons and more, resulting in excellent texture.

Our muffin line integrates real-time baking system data and unit equipment information modules. Accessing these key pieces of information allows you to make timely adjustments, enabling the machine to perform at its best. This line can produce up to 100,000 muffins, cream puffs, or Swiss rolls per hour.

Furthermore, our muffin line has excellent hygiene standards and advanced manufacturing processes.
